Approved for the product configuration, providers, jurisdictions, pricing, data flows, and document version 0.1-draft recorded in the COUNSEL_GATE block. Effective date and last updated remain July 26, 2026. Material changes require setting the gate back to review required.

Purpose

This policy explains how users must use AI-assisted drafting and automated publishing features responsibly.

User responsibilities

Before approving AI output, users must verify:

  • Product facts and availability
  • Price, discount, shipping, and warranty claims
  • Materials, dimensions, certifications, and safety claims
  • Copyright, trademark, music, model-release, and image rights
  • Advertising and affiliate disclosures
  • Platform-specific content and commerce rules
  • Alt text and accessibility
  • The destination account, board, Page, audience, privacy setting, time, and timezone

Prohibited uses

  • Generate deceptive reviews or testimonials
  • Misrepresent affiliation, scarcity, certification, or results
  • Mass-produce spam or substantially duplicate content that violates provider rules
  • Create prohibited impersonation or misleading synthetic media
  • Bypass human authorization for client accounts
  • Generate unlawful discrimination or targeted harm

Automation controls

The initial product requires approval before publication. Future auto-approval should be opt-in, rule-based, reversible, rate-limited, and clearly logged.
